
Village Hall Hiring Price Increase and Booking Condition Updates
These changes are necessary to ensure the continued maintenance and improvement of the Village Hall facilities for the benefit of all our community. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting the Bookings Secretary bookingsmcvillagehall@aol.com for hires taking place from this date onwards.
The following conditions regarding the calculation of hire time and cancellations will be strictly applied to all bookings made for use on or after January 1, 2026:
Cancellation Policy:
For a refund of any monies paid (excluding non-refundable deposits), cancellations must be notified in writing to the Bookings Secretary a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled hire start date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the start time will not be eligible for refund.
We understand that changes can require adjustment, and we encourage you to carefully review these updates before making your next booking.

The 2025 AGM was held on the 27th November 2025 :
The next AGM is scheduled on May 28, 2026: All persons are welcome to attend and interested parties who are wishing to sit on the committee will be invited to stand at this point.

We are actively seeking new members to join the Village Hall Committee.
The Hall is a vital hub for Middleton Cheney, hosting everything from fitness classes and bowls to stage performances, art exhibitions and private celebrations. Managing and maintaining this wonderful asset requires a dedicated team of volunteers—and we currently have a few crucial vacancies!
